    Dance is the music of motion and the motion of music. They’re two sides of the same coin — and that’s why we’re so grateful that our wonderful friends and stalwart partners at San Francisco Performances are expanding the horizons of our Nights Out offerings by bringing through the Paul Taylor Dance Company, and, of course, inviting us along for a Night Out!

    Paul Taylor started his dance company in 1954, and in the ensuing decades, established himself as among the leading visionaries in the world of American Dance. He passed a couple years back, but The Paul Taylor Dance Company only grows in it impact, traveling the world as it continues to inspire and envision the future of intentional movement.

    The evening features three class Paul Taylor classics: Cloven Kingdom, featuring music from Corelli to Cowell, Polaris, with a Donald York score original to its purpose, Piazzolla Caldera, a deconstruction of the tango and a celebration of the Argentine master, Astor Piazzolla.
    So much sight and splendor typically runs $50 or more, but we’ve got a stack for only $20 a pop! You never know how long these will last, however, so you should move now to be safe
