Please explain: are people gathering together to hear the Livestreamed performance? If so, I am very upset that GroupMuse is not doing its part to contain the virus.

Apologies for the confusion —Groupmuse has ceased all in-person activity until after April, and we're in the process of converting all Groupmuses to livestreaming—however, please bear with us as this is a big undertaking for our small staff, and sometimes automated messages and descriptions may appear inconsistent/confusing. In any case, we hope you'll join us online!

Please note this event has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 2nd. We hope you can still make it!

Does "livestream" (not capitalized) mean via Zoom rather than Vimeo?

Christos V., about 3 years ago

Hi Jim, yes exactly we are using it as a general term rather than a specific service

I know that livestreams are as a result of the virus and social distancing, but something to consider for the future. I'd love to hear / see other groups that are not in my area. Livestreaming could be inclusive to the in-person gatherings (once that is back). The musicians could gain even more money with online participants.. Just something to consider down the road. Thanks for keeping this going and hope the musicians stay safe.

How do we get the livestream link? We have paid. Thanks!

Thank you SO much everyone for hearing our performance today. Aaron and I both loved playing for you, and we hope it brought joy to your quarantine lives as much as it did to us. As promised, we wanted to share ways to stay connected with us. Please feel free to message us about any questions. Thank you again for being such an amazing audience and supporters of music!
