Hm. None of the pieces you have there have anything to do with a siesta, or is fiesta-like either. In Brazil they don't speak Spanish. The title of the Brazilian piece is written in French for some reason. One of us (or both) may need a nap!

How am I? Well, I'm put off by the reference to "siesta" when you are presenting pieces from Spanish and Latin American composers. It is not explained by a love for alliteration, since there is a great number of words starting with an "s" that could have been used.
I didn't know that Villa-Lobos had named his piece in French, so I apologize for having complained about that.

Mariza

Did you mean "Fiesta"? (Not "Siesta")
