 Born in Israel\, Guy Woodcock is a guitarist and guitar teacher living and
  studying in Berlin.  \nHaving finished his Bachelor’s degree in July 20
 18 at the “Hanns Eisler” HfM with professor Eugenia Kanthou\, Guy is r
 esuming his studies in a Master’s program at the UdK Berlin with profess
 or Thomas Müller-Pering. Guy has also studied abroad at the ESMUC in Barc
 elona\, with Prof. Laura Young as his teacher. \nGuy has won second place 
 in Israel’s national guitar competition at the academy of music and danc
 e\, Jerusalem\, and received the America-Israel cultural fund’s scholars
 hip for 4 years. In 2008 he was accepted to the IDF’s Outstanding Musici
 an program and served in the army band for 3 years. Since Moving to berlin
  in 2013 Guy has been performing regularly in\, among others\, the LMN fou
 ndation\, Musethica Berlin and the Berlin Guitar Festival. \n\nAs a classi
 cal guitarist\, his favourite composer is Johann Sebastian Bach. He also e
 njoys playing Spanish and South American music for example Isaac Albèniz\
 , Astor Piazzolla\, Heitor Villa Lobos etc. Modern Composers that speak to
  him are Benjamin Britten and Toru Takemitzu.\n\n\n\nIf you are interested
