  the final film of the three-part trilogy 'Sulla Perfetta Letizia' (To the
  Perfect Joy) featuring soprano Natalia Pavlova in collaboration with an i
 nternational cast of renowned artists including Giovanni Sollima\, Alessan
 dro Rossellini and many more.\n\nThe first two parts of the series - 'Roma
  Verso la Luce' (dir. Alessandro Rossellini) and 'Roma Verso la Pace' (dir
 . Zeno Colantoni) were filmed in Rome in 2021 and February of 2022. This f
 inal film (dir. Natalia Pavlova) of the trilogy was filmed in June 2022 at
  the Multimedia Art Museum of Moscow.\n\n'Magnificat' features soprano Nat
 alia Pavlova and the Ensemble Opus Posth.\, under the direction of violini
 st Tatiana Gridenko\, performing compositions by Henry Purcell\, John Jenk
 ins and Vladimir Martynov.\n\nThe film's centerpiece is the work 'Magnific
 at' by Martynov\, the composer and philosopher\, who has written many book
 s on the dialectics of music and time. The performance is preceded by a co
 nversation with the composer\, where he talks about his views and thoughts
  on modernity.\n\nThe prayer of St. Francis\, featured in the first film o
 f the trilogy: "Lord\, where there is hatred\, let me sow love\; where the
 re is injury\, pardon\; where there is darkness\, light..." echoes the par
 able of 'The Perfect Joy'\, and the entire trilogy serves as a prayer of a
 scent to realize this Joy - it would seem\, in the darkest times - and rev
 eals that nothing may be as helpful as music to aid in its aspiration.\n\n
