 rformer\, composer\, and multi-disciplinary artist originally from Southwe
 st Louisiana\, and based in New York for the past 10 years. Her interest i
 n writing music began with her work as a radio producer\, which led to com
 posing and performing her original music. **Hillary*’s solo act has been
  toured across the US and abroad. She continues to collaborate with filmma
 kers\, choreographers\, and podcast producers from around the world. \n\nI
 n 2026\, she was an artist in residence at jentel artist residency in Bann
 er\, WY\, Banff Musicians in Residence at Banff Centre for Arts and Creati
 vity\, and the House of Cards at the Honey Locust Residency in Arnaudville
 \, LA. Last year\, she traveled to Crete\, Greece for the Mudhouse Residen
 cy. \n\n**Hillary** is the founder and director of glacial humming\, a mus
 ic-social practice where participants sing and connect through **Hillary**
 ’s concept pieces for ensemble.\n\nHer sound is influenced by her admira
 tion of Nina Simone\, Meredith Monk\, Phillip Glass\, and Beverly Glenn-Co
