 on. He joined Wells Cathedral School as a chorister at the age of eight an
 d moved to the Purcell School in 2013 to study cello with Alexander Boyars
 ky. In 2016\, he joined the Junior Department of the Royal College of Musi
 c for additional chamber music studies. In 2018\, he began studying with I
 van Monighetti at the Escuela de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid\, in 2023\
 , he was a student at the Barenboim–Said Akademie with Frans Helmerson a
 nd from 2026 he is studying with Antje Weithaas in Berlin. \n\nWillard has
  played recitals at the Gstaad Menuhin Festival\, Radio Classique Festival
  in Saint-Malo\, Solsberg Festival and has performed on stages such as The
  Wigmore Hall\, Buckingham Palace and Berlin Konzerthaus. Willard has perf
 ormed and curated concerts at the Heidelberger Frühling Festival\, Schles
 wig-Holstein Music Festival\, and the Gstaad New Year Festival.\n\nIn Nove
 mber 2025 Willard won the VP Opus Bank Award in Liechtenstein.\n\n\n\nOrig
 inally from France\, Yannick is a versatile musician that brings his chamb
 er music spirit to stages throughout the World. He has performed at the Be
 rlin Philharmonie\, the Elbphilharmonie\, Wigmore Hall\, Konzerthaus in Vi
 enna\, Kennedy Center in Washington or Symphony Hall in Boston.  \n\nHe ha
 s shared the stage with artists such as Itzhak Perlman\, Steven Isserlis\,
  Noah Bendix-Balgley or Arnold Steinhardt and ensembles including  the Kon
 zerthaus Orchestra Berlin\, Ensemble Resonanz\, Le Balcon or the Pangaea T
 rio Berlin.\n\nConvinced of the essential social role of the musician in h
 is own neighborhood \, Yannick brings chamber music to his local communiti
 es through two concert series that he founded : "Yannick's Salon" in Berli
 n and " Quartierklänge" in Hamburg. He was also one of the founder musici
 ans of Groupmuse back in 2013.\n\n\n\n_________________\n\nSNACKS? The eve
