  next to Central Park in the Upper West Side. The program starts at 7:30pm
  and will feature works by Spanish and Latin composers from the past two c
 enturies. Feel free to bring your own wine/beer/snacks and mingle with gue
 sts before and after the concert. \n\nThis Groupmuse concert is a fundrais
 er for my debut studio album\, "The Art of Guitar\," scheduled to be relea
 sed this Fall. Groupmuse tickets generally cost $10\, but feel free to don
 ate more if you'd like to help me record and release my first studio album

 ” native Oregonian Tye Austin is an international award-winning classica
 l guitarist and composer based in New York City. He has debuted at Carnegi
 e Hall\, London’s Royal Albert Hall\, Boston State House\, and he’s be
 en featured in Psychology Today\, The Boston Guardian\, and on National Pu
 blic Radio. He plays a wide range of musical genres from classical to jazz
  and contemporary pop. In 2015\, he nurtured his affinity for Spanish and 
 Latin guitar music while studying with David Martinez in Granada\, Spain\,
  where he visited the historical monuments and homes of his favorite Spani
 sh composers. As a prodigious composer/arranger with over fifty original w
 orks to his name\, Tye is also dedicated to expanding the classical guitar
  repertoire. His fundamental music studies began at Southern Oregon Univer
 sity in 2008\, and he received his Master of Music degree from the New Eng
 land Conservatory in 2016\, where he studied with legendary maestro Eliot 
 Fisk (the last student of Andres Segovia). Tye plays a custom-made 2015 St
 eve Connor Guitar from Cape Cod\, MA. In his spare-time\, he enjoys medita
 ting\, reading in solitude\, and riding his bike through Central Park. Vis
