Welcome Music Lovers! This will be my first time hosting a GroupMuse Event! Looking forward to meeting everyone and having a great time!
What's the music?
Live like an 18th-century aristocrat and enjoy music written for violin, cello, and harpsichord!
We will introduce and play dance-inspired music from the French, German, and Italian courts of the early 18th century using historically informed instruments and techniques. (We'll even bring our own harpsichord!)
This music from this period served as inspiration for the next generation of composers, including Haydn and Mozart.
