Hello fellow Musers! My name is Amy, and I am thrilled to be hosting my first Groupmuse along with my boyfriend and our fluffy muffin of a dog, Reyni, at our cozy little house in Lafayette.

Hygge (hue-guh): the Scandinavian word that is roughly translated as a feeling or mood of coziness and comfort, togetherness and friendliness, and feelings of wellness and contentment. Hygge is having a moment lately as everybody outside of the Scandinavian world discovers it. Come experience the coziness or "hygge" of a night spent warm inside with friends new and old, and let the music warm your soul!

We have some scattered seating and a big couch, but come prepared to have a seat on the floor just in case.

Bring your own drinks...and feel free to bring your own pillow for floor seating too, if you like!

We look forward to meeting friends new and old surrounded by beautiful music. Don't worry if you don't live in town--it will be worth the drive, I promise!:)
