 ecial focus:\nGREAT WOMEN COMPOSERS' Quartets.\n\nI feel such a program is
  long overdue and together with the wonderful cellist Mosa Tsay we so far 
 narrowed it down to Modern and Contemporary string quartets written by Amy
  Beach\, Meredith Monk\, and Kaija Saariaho.\n\nThis will be a unique poss
 ibility to get introduced and to listen to these amazing but rarely perfor
 med compositions for once up-close\, performed by an all female string qua
 rtet of Juilliard alumnae & current students. \n\nI hope you are as existe
 d as I am and that you will be able to join us that evening.\n\nI will pro
 vide some snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Please bring your own alcoho
 lic beverage. \n\nClosest subway station is 'York Street' on the F line (i
 t drops you off directly on Jay Street)\, otherwise 'High Street' on the A
  line. There is also a Ferry going to Dumbo\; from there you can walk alon
 g the park to get to my building entrance. Street parking is best on the V
 inegar Hill side.
