 rings**. It’s a conductor-less orchestra on a mission — to bring commu
 nities together and catalyze important conversations through the shared ex
 perience of the glorious music they make. \n\n What’s more\, they love G
 roupmuse and we love them right back. They’ve Massivemused on both coast
 s\, and now\, **in their 5th Season**\, they’re back in Boston with **La
  Mappa Mundi**.\n\nIn their own words: \n\n"La Mappa Mundi draws a map of 
 Europe\, both real and imagined\, through song and story. Palaver will be 
 joined by prolific vocalists Sophie Michaux and Adam Jacob Simon for a uni
 quely collaborative program that travels the British Isles\, Transylvania\
 , and the Mediterranean\, which have long captured the imaginations of com
 posers and performers alike. Our program runs the gamut of baroque opera\,
  madrigals\, drinking songs\, dance tunes\, and a new commission by Simon\
 , blurring the lines between “popular” music and “high art\,” old 
 and new\, tradition and innovation. We will also perform lullabies with pa
 rticipants from the Lullaby Project\, a songwriting partnership between Pa
 laver musicians and expecting mothers.”\n\nThe program’s got **Bartok\
 , Henry Purcell\, Rossini**\, some traditional works and a freshly commiss
 ioned one too - by Boston’s own absolutely brilliant **Adam Simon.**\n\n
