Hi there!
I'm very excited to welcome pianist Chelsea Randall for my 14th Groupmuse! She will be playing quite an interesting program featuring some under-performed pieces such as a piano sonata by George Walker, the contemporary African-American pianist/composer who won a Pulitzer Prize in 1996 and passed away last year at age 96. Also featured will be preludes by Ruth Crawford Seeger, the female "Ultra-Modernist," as well as a piano transcription of the more familiar Speigel im Spiegel by Arvo Part.

Guest arrival begins at 7pm with music to begin around 7:30pm.
I'll provide light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks but feel free to BYOB. Please note we will be taking off our shoes when entering the apartment. Hope to see you there!
