Join us for a cross-continental celebration of the New Year, brought to you from one of the classical music capitals of the world: Salzburg, Austria!
We're thrilled to partner with our friends in California, "Musaics of the Bay" for an HD New Year's Celebration from Salzburg, celebrating the music of fantasy and vision and a new World Premiere for the "Stay-at-Home Symposium," featuring world-class musicians including pianist Andrei Gologan, composer and violinist Luke Hsu, and cellist Simon Tetzlaff.
This program features works by Beethoven, Kodaly, Schumann and the World Premiere of a new commission for the “Stay-at-Home Symposium” by Luke Hsu, titled “Piccolo Pezzo,” inspired by a painting called “Homage to Edmundo” by Berkeley, CA-based painter Darril Tighe.
