I invite you to join me in celebrating (at 83!) a new phase in my lifelong fascination with the sound of the piano. During the covid shutdown I discovered new (i.e., unfamiliar) repertoire, and new approaches to music written for this astonishing invention--an adventure every time. The piano is a Mason & Hamlin Model A, built in 1907. This music was intended to be heard up close by the likes of you!

What's the music?

Bartok: For Children, Vol. 2 Selections
CPE Bach: Rondo in C
Beethoven: Sonata in A Op 2, No. 2
