I love hosting concerts in my cozy cabin. Listen to excellent music, see friends, make new ones while supporting local musicians. What's not to like?

John W. Warren, composer and Latin American classical guitarist, has performed extensively in the United States and Latin America. In solo performance, and with sensational Brazilian percussionist Bruno Lucini, Warren specializes in the music of Brazil, Cuba, Latin America, and Spain; his own compositions; and arrangements of popular songs, on classical, acoustic, and electric guitar. Warren has presented concerts, radio performances, and performed at private and corporate events throughout the United States, and in Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, and Spain. He is a regular contributor to Acoustic Guitar and Classical Guitar magazines.

Brazilian percussionist Bruno Lucini showcases an openness to the world’s cultural diversity and its wide vocabulary of rhythms and instruments. As a world-fusion musician, he blends hand percussion and drum set in a polyrhythmic hybrid setup. Lucini performs with well-known groups such as Origem (Brazilian fusion jazz), Veronneau (world acoustique), Downtown Tumbao (world & Chilango jazz) on nationally recognized places from Washington to New York, such as the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, DC Duke Ellington Jazz Fest, Sculpture Garden Jazz DC, Blues Alley, Howard Theater and Silver Spring Jazz Fest.
