Our newest presenting partner, Pegasus: The Orchestra, welcomes our Groupmuse community back for another Night Out, this time in one of Groupmuse's favorite arrangements: the chamber trio.
With concertmaster Eiko Kano (violin), founder, conductor and artistic director Karén Hakobyan (piano) and principal Serafim Smigelskiy (cello), this trio is sure to delight. The program will feature Rachmaninoff's powerful Trio Elegiaque No.1, Haydn's delightful Piano Trio in C Major, Babadjanian's fiery Trio in F Sharp Minor and Mendelssohn's monumental Piano Trio No. 1 in D Minor. The 90 minute performance takes place in the stunning Christ & St Stephen's Church only a hop skip and a jump from Lincoln Square.
Tickets to this collection of sight and sound are only $15 (and $10 for Supermusers).
Groupmuse ticket buyers are instructed to check in with the usher upon arrival. Seating is first come, first served.
