We have a wonderful program for this evening of cello music with the band Dirty Cello travels

The band Dirty Cello travels all over the world playing a cello-centric version of a wide variety of American music. From the desert near the Red Sea to far Northern Iceland, and everywhere in between, this band presents wild versions of music from the American tradition including the early jazz of New Orleans, modern blues, lightening fast bluegrass and more. The program will intersperse the music with stories of their crazy travels.

Will open at 6:30 and concert will begin at 7 PM. We will also have tables set up for a potluck if people want to hang out after and have drinks and a meal together.

If you want to stay for the potluck, please bring something to share, a place setting (camping for fancy, whatever you prefer). We will have tables, tea (bring your own cup) and bring items for the potluck.

The venue is a historic SF building originally built as a church and has been a center for Polish Community since 1926 and hosts variety of community groups from daycare, Scottish dancer, Blues, Mission swing, and others. The club’s mission is to serve as a center for the propagation of Polish culture, art, language, and community.

There is bicycle parking on the street in front of the club. There are two parking garages nearby. California parking on Mission between 19th and 20th and Mission Bartlett garage on 21st between Mission and Valencia. 24th St.,, Bart Station is also with a short walking distance. Folsom Street, Mission Street buses on nearby.
