San Francisco Performances Presents: Pekka Kuusisto (violin) and Gabriel Kahane (piano)

Our friends and partner San Francisco Performances are back with another Night Out offering for our Groupmuse community members, this time at 1/3 the price of a regular ticket!

"This thrilling concert brings together two close friends, Pekka Kuusisto and Gabriel Kahane, for a wide-ranging and centuries-spanning musical evening. At its center is the world premiere of a collaboratively written song cycle exploring the joys and griefs of life in the 21st century, around which Kuusisto and Kahane have built an eclectic program ranging from Bach and Nico Muhly to Scandinavian folk music and songs from Kahane’s catalog. Forging connections between past and present, these two singular artists offer a ravishingly beautiful path toward the bright future of chamber music."

Seating is assigned in the top price orchestra or dress circle. Groups wishing to sit together are instructed to purchase tickets under a single reservation. Groupmuse ticket buyers are instructed to pick up their tickets at will call on the day of the performance, prior to the performance's start time.
