Event Details:
6:00 PM: Doors open for those who wish to join a potluck. If you are coming for the potluck, please bring a dish and drinks to share with fellow guests. If you have picnic or foldable chairs, please bring those along for extra comfort.
7:45 PM: Last entry for the concert. To ensure you get a spot, please arrive before 7:45 PM. Out of respect for the performance, we won’t be able to admit guests after this time.
8:00 PM: The concert begins, offering an evening of smooth jazz with captivating tunes from saxophonist Emilio Modeste & friends.
9:00 PM (or when the concert ends): After the concert, gather around the bonfire for warmth and enjoy birthday cake. Feel free to stay and enjoy the fire and great company or head out when you’re ready.
