Celebrate the expressive power and imaginative range of the violin with Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center’s Violin Visionaries — a bold program exploring landmark works for violin and piano from early 20th-century masters. Sit with the intense lyricism of Janáček’s Sonata for Violin and Piano, wander through the fiery Romanian-inspired rhythms of Enescu’s Sonata No. 3, revel in the dazzling brilliance of Ravel’s *Tzigane, and sink into the soulful mystery of Bloch’s Sonata No. 2, “Poème Mystique” — performed by some of today’s most riveting chamber artists on CMS’s roster.

Thanks to Groupmuse Nights Out, discounted tickets are available for this standout February 28 performance, making it easier to experience world-class violin artistry in one of New York’s most intimate and dynamic concert settings. We’re delighted to bring our community closer to performances that illuminate both musical tradition and adventurous expression — don’t miss your chance to secure special-price tickets for a night with Violin Visionaries!
