In this imaginative program, Repast unveils a newly created live score to The Iron Mask (1929), the swashbuckling finale to Alexandre Dumas’s legendary Musketeers saga. As intrigue unfolds on screen—with royal secrets, daring rescues, and a battle for the French throne—the music brings every moment to life in real time, transforming a silent film into a vivid, pulse-quickening experience.

Joined by Rebecca Nelson (baroque violin), Caroline Nicolas (viola da gamba), Kevin Payne (theorbo) and more, Repast draws on the richness of French Baroque masters like Lully, Marais, and Couperin to create a sound world of elegance, drama, and flair.
