Host
Corey Wallace is a New York City–based trombonist, composer, and bandleader. A mainstay at Smalls Jazz Club, he leads the DUBtet, known for its genre-blending sound and decade-long residency.
Wallace also performs with Steven Bernstein & Millennial Territory Orchestra, voted Best Ensemble (top 5) in Downbeat's Critic's Poll since 2023, and is a member of Igmar Thomas' Revive Big Band (2015). He has also been featured in the Tony Award–winning show Hadestown on Broadway.
As an artist, leader, and sideman he bridges tradition and innovation through expressive improvisation, stellar musicianship, and the desire to connect with audiences.
