Experience the many voices of American music through the fearless artistry of pianist Mikael Darmanie on Saturday, June 6 at 6:00 PM, presented by the Kaufman Music Center as part of its 100 Years of American Piano Music festival. Praised for his “Lisztian pyrotechnics” (New York Classical Review) and hailed by The New York Times as “exceptional,” Darmanie brings dazzling technique and expressive range to a program that moves fluidly between classical, jazz, minimalism, and contemporary composition. Works by Aaron Copland, Philip Glass, Caroline Shaw, Tania León, Duke Ellington, and Thelonious Monk create a richly textured musical landscape that feels both timeless and strikingly modern.

With Groupmuse Nights Out, discounted tickets are available for up to 50% off regular prices, making this an easy way to experience one of today’s most exciting pianists in an intimate concert setting. We also have tickets available for all four concerts in this special festival series—an expansive and deeply rewarding exploration of 100 years of American piano music through four unique artistic voices. 🎹✨

Children 10+ are welcomed.
