The beautiful dnj galley in Santa Monica is currently showing a collection of works by artist who have struggled with mental health challenges and have found art-making as a foundation pillar of their healing process.
That resonates beautifully with Groupmuse's mission of musical art ritual as a mode of community healing -- so we thought we should celebrate this resonance with a sound-healing groupmuse!
Bring your own yoga mat/meditation cushion/floor blanket and we'll open with a brief sound bath to help us arrive in the space and open us to receive a profound musical transmission, and then we'll have the virtuoso violinist super star Hannah White delivered a few ancient masterpieces by J. S. Bach and more.
