Welcome to Flatbush! My landlord is a music lover and has wondered why I didn't do this earlier! Make sure we're on good behavior in the common spaces so we can have more groupmuses (and we don't disturb the landlord's mother on the first floor). BYOB!
Trains! We're equal distance from the B,Q Church Ave and 2,5 Church Ave stops. NOTE: don't get on the F,G we're nowhere near those and that Church Ave is wrong.
Bus! B35 or B41 to Church and Flatbush.
