A live concert in a living room, backyard, or another intimate space. They're casual and friendly, hosted by community members.

Host

My home is a very short walk from the Waban T-stop on the Green Line (D Line). As always, we will send the exact address to all who have RSVP'd via email the day of the concert.

The Happening begins at 7 and the music begins at 8.

It's BYOB, but please, no red wine.

We're asking for $5 at the door, plus any additional bills you are down to drop.

The musicians this evening will be:
Emily Smith on the violin
Sebastian Baverstam on the cello
Yannick Rafalimanana on the piano
And perhaps some others as well!

Thus far, the one piece we know for sure that is going to be played is:
Piano Trio in F minor, op. 65 by Antonin Dvorak.
If you don't know this piece, you've just got to listen to it. It's a true and perhaps underrated masterpiece.

You can listen to the whole thing here, but the second movement deserves special attention.
