Hi friends! We are hosting our second-ever Groupmuse event on Friday, September 16 at 7 PM, and we'd love for you to join us. We will provide the space, plus food and drinks. Groupmuse will supply the musicians for a mini-chamber music performance. Can you join us? Please note that there is limited parking in our driveway, for those coming by car. For those who haven't come to a Groupmuse before, you just need to RSVP via the website (which costs $3) and kick in $10 for the musicians. We promise you'll enjoy it!

Giovanni Sollima Lamentatio

Special! Special! Special! The music was exquisite, the young musicians truly shared their joy in the music and our hosts were beyond generous in their provision. Thank you Annie for the link! Listening right now. But there is absolutely nothing like sitting right in front of musicians as they play

We so enjoyed last night's Groupmuse, the opportunity to meet new folks and hear new (as well as more familiar) music. We've been googling and watching youtube clips of other Sollima and Part performances, intrigued. Thanks again to our wonderful musicians from NEC for bringing us the gift of such lovely music, and thanks to all for coming out!
