Host
We live on Bay Street, just across from Fort Mason. It's relatively easy to get here by bus, and parking is easier than in many SF neighborhoods. We'll serve wine and beer along with a few nibbles - but feel free to bring something, especially more nibbles, if you'd like. We're in the heart of the Marina, an easy walk to many restaurants in the Marina, Fisherman's Wharf, Russian Hill and Pacific Heights.
Program
Local pianist Ian Scarfe is joined by Canadian violinist Edwin Huizinga, on tour from his home in Toronto.
Edwin and Ian will present a program of Classical and Romantic works for violin and piano, with the "main course" of the evening being Maurice Ravel's exotic and jazz-infused Violin Sonata.

Thanks to everyone (and their Valentines) for coming out last night! Edwin and I had a blast sharing some music with you all. The vibe was just right, thanks to our wonderful hosts Craig and Mary.
If any of you want to look us up, both Edwin (Huizinga) and me (Ian Scarfe), are easy to find by Googling us or looking for our music on YouTube.
Until next time!
