What's the music?
New Comma Baroque's Phillip Serna will present a concert of inspiring and thoughtful music written for Viol, a fretted string-instrument popular in Europe from the 15th through 18th centuries. The recital will feature works for the Viol, both old and new, by Carl Friedrich Abel, Johann Sebastian Bach, Martha Bishop, Monsieur de Sainte-Colombe, Le Sieur Dubuisson, Rudolph Dolmetsch, Georg Philipp Telemann and much more
