Hi! I want to celebrate my birthday with great music, food, and fun people! Hopefully in the back yard if weather permits. Potluck and BYOB.
What's the music?
To celebrate summer still in full bloom, we're going to the cello's roots with Bach in the first half. Then, we'll dig into a cello + percussion piece that is one of our favorites...featuring flowerpots of specific pitches that we had to track down in various stores! It's a groovy piece. And speaking of groove, also on the program is a piece for pre-recorded soundtrack and body gestures. All in all, we're stoked to present cool music to enjoy during the summer!
