This concert highlights the influence of folk music in the classical realm. We will perform three piano trios that are all connected to the dance and folk music of the region in which they were composed. On the program is the Dumky Trio by Dvorak (Ukraine and Slovakia), the Four Seasons by Piazzolla (Argentinian Tango), and Cafe Music by Schoenfield (American Dixie and Ragtime). You won't be able to keep your feet from tapping
