A groupmuse
This is a groupmuse
Live chamber music concerts in living rooms and other intimate spaces. They're casual and friendly, and anyone can host.
You're so welcome, whether I know you or not, to the warmth of my house, food, and drinks. Just come. xo
I've room for 40 people, including friends and community members, so there are limited spots. To claim yours: http://l.grpm.us/kyrNGw
What’s a groupmuse?
Groupmuses are something in between classical music concerts and house parties, hosted at someone’s home. They are a chance to spend quality time with old and new friends and to lose yourself in a profound musical experience.
What do I bring?
BYOB, though I'll have lots to share if you don't. Please dress casually and bring at least $10 to pay the musicians at the event.
Who's playing?
Charm of Finches, Canada's Premiere Flute Quintet. Charm of Finches' musicians are mavericks in the classical genre - all young, vibrant, and electrifying musicians - and the force behind brilliant new arrangements and compositions. They have a reputation for delivering fresh and energetic concerts.
On April 7th, they'll present various arrangements of all-time favourite orchestral works as well as pop tunes. The program will be rounded out with a couple of surprises as one can never be sure which direction these birds are going to fly.
