Dear Musers, I am looking forward to have a last Groupmuse before the summer to celebrate music and good company. Claudia Gargiulo and Ramon Gonzales will play a traditional repertoire of music from South America. Their music will bring an air of South American sweetness to DC summer!
Claudia Gargiulo is a mezzosoprano singer from Argentina, and Ramon Gonzalez, at the guitar, is from Venezuela. Both are experienced musicians who have played around the world, in outstanding local theaters such as the Kennedy Center, the Lisner Auditorium, and the Olney Theater in the DC area. They also have performed in many cities such as Buenos Aires, Caracas, Milan, Verona, New York, and are currently residents of the Washington, DC area.
