About

I am a Russian concert pianist and a former Associate professor at Sobinov Conservatory in Russia. I studied with Albert Tarakanoff, (who was the last student of Heinrich Neuhaus) and Maria Christiansen at the Sobinov State Conservatory in Saratov (Russia), from which I graduated with distinction in 2002. I hold a doctorate in musical performance and have won numerous awards in Russia and Europe and received a grant to teach piano in Hong Kong Piano Association. From 2003 until 2010, I was a senior piano instructor and, later, an associate professor in the piano department at Sobinoff State Conservatory. I am also active as a soloist and chamber musician. I also had been working with opera singers for 10 years. In 2008, I received a grant to teach piano in Hong Kong at The Piano Association for two years, where I was preparing young musicians for piano competitions in Europe. I have been teaching music professionals, adults, and children for 14 years at Sobinov Conservatory. Many of my students have won awards at international piano competitions and festivals. In 2010, I moved to the US, and I played numerous recitals in Maryland, MA, Virginia, New York.
