About

Robert Van Horne is a graduate of the Philadelphia Musical Academy.
He majored in piano and composition and has studied both Classical and jazz
music with several teachers, including the well-known pianist, George Shearing.

In the past, Robert has performed on cruise ships and major hotels both in
Asia and the United States as well as on TV and radio. Currently, he has
released six CDs and three piano music books one of which is published by
Warner Brothers.

He is a member of ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors,
and Publishers) and a past winner of the Composer Today Awards.

Presently, he gives concerts, teaches and continues to compose
music in the San Francisco Bay area and Florida.
