About

I attended Vanderbilt University for my undergraduate degree in piano performance and Towson University for my master's in piano performance. After Towson, I moved to Minneapolis where I performed regularly as part of a new music ensemble called RenegadeEnsemble. I loved collaborating with composers, and so took on a number of gigs performing and premiering compositions, including performing at ICMC in Belfast (the International Computer Music Conference). I had a really great collaboration with local Twin Cities composer, Josh Clausen, where I performed his piano and electronic works regularly.

However, I still love my solo piano classical roots. My graduate performance recital was Debussy's "Preludes Book II" and Schumann's "Carnival." This summer I performed Beethoven's Trio Opus 1 Number 1 for a wedding (of a musical family) and the performance received strong praise. I'm currently learning Beethoven's Diabelli Variations and Prokofiev's Sonata Number 2, the latter of which I'd be happy to program for a concert.
