Mandolin Solo

About

I am an eclectic, curious mandolinist, composer, and strings specialist. I studied mandolin and composition at Goucher College, and have studied with mandolin greats Don Steirnberg and David Evans. I perform and blend a wide variety of genres, from classical to funk, and from flamenco to jazz. This eclecticism informs my performances and my composing. I have a particular focus on the art of solo and small group performance, which has led me to focus on non-traditional chamber music. I work as a performing musician and teacher in Baltimore, spreading the love of music, and striving to bring passion, artistry, and good humor to all my artistic endeavors.
