Sae, Wil, and Leo became friends over a game of cards during an interminable Amtrak train ride and decided soon thereafter to start a metal band – or at the very least, an ensemble comprised of aluminum, brass, and silver instruments. Despite the harsh connotations, we pride ourselves in our unique sonic blend, quirky programming, and impeccable taste in socks.

Music

Lacking any standard repertoire for the unconventional ensemble, we love to play our own arrangements of classical favorites (think Bach, Schubert, Ravel, and friends) as well as new pieces written specifically for the group – plus maybe even the occasional bluegrass cover!
