Music for Piano Four Hands: Mozart, Schubert, and Debussy works with pianists Hsiu-Jung and Nai-Yu
Taiwanese pianist, Nai-yu Chen, received her Doctorate from the University of Kansas, her Master of Music degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Bacherlor of Music degree in Taiwan.
Ms. Chen began her piano study at age 5 and made her solo debut at the age of 7. She has, since then, been an active soloist, regularly giving community recitals and lectures, and performing in prominent master classes and music festivals in the United States, Europe and Asia. Her most recent collaboration has been with the Palo Alto Philharmonic and the Saratoga Philharmonic, along with other various artists throughout the Bay Area.
Alongside her performing career, Ms. Chen is an active private music teacher and volunteers her time as a lecturer, teaching music appreciation, at the Sunny View Bay Area Retirement Community in Cupertino.
