About

Hi! I'm Jiyoun and I'm a classical pianist. I started studying at age 5, and I was a piano major at Seoul Arts High School in Seoul, Korea, and a music major at Amherst College in Amherst, MA. I taught music at the Dana Hall School in Wellesley, MA, for a year before going off to Harvard Law School. In college, my dream was to be a part-time lawyer and a part-time pianist, and Groupmuse is another way of making that dream a reality!

Music

Mozart, Bach, Schubert, Brahms, Ravel, Chopin... the list goes on.

I recently performed Teresa Carreno's La sommeil de l'enfant, Op. 35, and I'm interested in exploring more music by women composers.
