About

I'm an acoustic and electric guitarist, bassist, arranger, producer, and composer. I'm versed in numerous styles, from classical and jazz to rock and pop and beyond. Currently, I perform in a Flute and Guitar duo with Amanda Roeder. In recent years, I've performed in the Bester/Papineau guitar duo, as well as in pit orchestras for scholastic productions in the greater Boston area. I hold a degree in music performance from the University of Miami.

Music

Recently, I've been playing the tango music of Astor Piazzolla, the traditional folk adaptations by Robert Beaser encapsulated in his Mountain Songs, and exploring guitar repertoire from Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco. I've also adapted a number of piano works by Debussy, Grieg, and other 19th century composers for the guitar. Outside the classical world, I work on modern interpretations of jazz standards.
