About

I'm a jazz musician immersed in the bebop tradition. I play primarily tenor saxophone. I also play enough piano to span the 1 hour slot.

Music

My influences are Sonny Stitt, Hank Mobley, Sonny Rollins and John Coltrane. I've performed in the DC metro area since moving here in 1996. Lately my Quartet plays at Hank Dietles once every couple of months. We've also played at An Die Musik in Baltimore and we were a regular fixture at Twins just before they closed.
