About

Dora Petkovic is a Croatian born pianist based in Berlin. In 2023 she completed the Master of
specialized solo piano performance degree at Musik-Akademie FHNW Basel with professor
Filippo Gamba. In 2019, she graduated in piano performance and pedagogy at Music Academy
of the University of Zagreb, in the class of professor Srdjan Caldarovic.
She has won numerous awards, most notably the prizes Darko Lukic (2022) and Krajanski
(2023) in Croatia, Marina Bondarenko Memorial Prize at Tel Hai Piano Masterclass in Israel
(2018), 1st prize at International competition Sonus in Croatia (2019), special prize at Premio
pianistico internazionale Stefano Marizza in Trieste (2015), 1st absolute prize at Concorso
musicale Citta di Palmanova (2015), 1st place at the International competition Insula (2014).
She has performed as a soloist with Varazdin Chamber Orchestra and Orchestra Regionale
dell'Emilia-Romagna.
