About

I am a pianist based in Chicago, IL. I am active throughout the Midwest as both a soloist and a collaborator. This season, you may have heard me performing as a soloist on the Flight 88 series in Cincinnati, as a chamber musician with the OLEA ensemble, or as an orchestral keyboardist with the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the Richmond Symphony Orchestra, the Lima Symphony Orchestra, the Missouri Symphony Orchestra, or the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra. I am passionate about performing new works and works by underrepresented composers as well as presenting classical music in new and innovative ways which allow for deep connection with audiences.

I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati. During my time at CCM, I studied primarily with Michael Chertock and James Tocco. Earlier pedagogical influences include Marvin Blickenstaff and Dr. Erin Bennett.

Music

I primarily play classical music, and I specialize in the music of Lili Boulanger and Florence Price. I am always looking to discover new composers and works which I did not have the opportunity to encounter as a student.
