About

Mugshot (Tenor: Maria Burri Ketchum, Lead: Katie Roman, Baritone: Robert Roman, Bass: Scott Fewell) is an award-winning mixed quartet from the greater Portland area, that originally formed in 2018 to compete at the “Annual All Northwest Barbershop Quartet Contest” (aka Balladtown) held in Forest Grove, OR.
The quartet is fresh off their second-place finish in the Barbershop Harmony Society’s Evergreen District contest this past October, where they also qualified to represent the district at the international contest in Cleveland, Ohio next summer!
This quartet considers themselves more than just four people who enjoy barbershop harmony. They are a family! They believe that the involvement of family is just as important as the four members of the quartet. Rehearsals often include a meal, sharing life’s victories and challenges, lots of laughter, and most importantly, love!
