Come and hear/see Cello and Bassoon together - what a rare opportunity!
Composed of musicians who play for the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra, their repertoire will be music that they love: multiple genres of classical and crossover music, with solos by Bach, and duos by Mozart, Rossini, Hindemith and others.
Please feel to bring your own drinks (including alcohol) - even better if you can share with others!
What's the music?
J. S. Bach - selections for solo bassoon and solo cello
Mozart - Sonata for Bassoon and Cello in B-flat major
Intermission
Rossini - 6 Arias from the "Barber of Seville" for bassoon and cello, arr. by François-René Gebauer
