    In this second part of a six part series featuring Bach's Sonatas and Partitas, we follow Philip Ficsor as he performs Bach's E major Partita with it's sparkling Praeludio, the endearing Gavotte en Rondeau, the poignant Loure, infused overall with a sense of folkish charm that contrasts starkly to his other works in this collection of works for solo violin. Join the mountainviolinist as he takes you on a journey through the backcountry and join with him to experience the beauty of a mid-winter Colorado alpine forest, the exhileration of skiing through said forest and the people he meets along the way.
