This is a Groupmuse Night Out

Explore the wider world of music outside Groupmuse with exclusive discounts to local concerts.

San Francisco boasts one of the finest opera companies in the world — the San Francisco Opera — and this most beloved and exalted of art forms is back live in your city. What’s more, we’re being invited along for a Night Out, this Friday Night!

Under the baton of Music Director Eun Sun Kim, and backed by the full power of the San Francisco Opera orchestra, we’ll be dazzled by two of the dominant talents in opera today: Soprano Rachel Willis-Sørensen and mezzo-soprano Jamie Barton.

The evening will feature highlights from operatic masterworks including Giuseppe Verdi’s La Traviata, Don Carlo and Aida; Gaetano Donizetti’s La Favorite and Anna Bolena; Camille Saint-Saëns’ Samson et Dalila, Dvořák’s Rusalka; and *Vincenzo Bellini’s** Norma.

These tickets are from the Dress Circle and the list cost starts at $49, and goes up to $99 — but through Groupmuse Nights Out, you can get yours for a mere $20!

But sales close up tomorrow, so make your move now, and let us marvel at the majesty and mystery of the human voice at full capacity!
