Our friends at the Aspect Chamber Music Series are offering a winter’s journey at Bohemian National Hall: Franz Schubert’s Winterreisse, generally regarded as the greatest of all song cycles, is a collection of poems set to Schubert’s shatteringly powerful, haunting, beautiful music. We’ll start with an illustrated talk by Christopher Gibbs, and then have world renowned baritone Tyler Duncan and powerhouse pianist Erika Switzer treat us to Schubert’s world.
